Today I woke up and my body was just tired. So sore. Really didn't want to work out. But I had buddies counting on me to show up for the workout, so I got my lazy butt up. My workout game plan was off since Tuesday night we did XFit:MAX Killer Legs at FitHouse and since Friday is my normal leg day and I'm so sore, I had to do something different. So I found the P90X3 Dynamix workout. It's like yoga & stretching with a tad bit of core work. Threw that puppy in the DVD and started. SOOOOOOOo freakin' good feeling. Couldn't believe how good some of those poses were feeling. And I'm tellin' ya - by the end, at least half my soreness was gone and i was really feeling good! Those moves are definitely making it into the XFit regular routine at FitHouse and can't wait to share it. Hope we'll be seeing some of you there! Classes start next week - Nov 10th!
