Michael Harris, ISSA, Nutrition Specialist, P90X LIVE
Michael has been helping people improve their fitness and enjoy group workouts for the past five years as a Beachbody Coach, Fit Club manager, and now as a Personal Trainer. Michael also runs private support groups on Facebook, helping people with nutrition and reaching their goals. To the people he trains, Michael is most noted for his light hearted and fun attitude and his big smile.
