Nutrition

Nutrition is about lifestyle - about learning to eat to perform better, to be healthy, and to live.  It's not about dieting, but it is about controlling what you eat to reach your goal. We'll provide you with a nutrition plan and nutrition coaching to teach you to eat healthy.

Accountability

Need Accountability?  We'll track your results week to week and share ways to improve your results, whether you want to lose weight, drop boddy fat, or just increase your performance.

We provide a variety of tools for helping you get fit.  We offer:

XFIT

XFit utilizes the P90X system of training, periodization cycles, recovery, and of course the nutrition plan to get you lean and in the best shape of your life.  This program includes workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and even has a little yoga thrown in.

P90X LIVE puts a whole new spin on P90X.  You've never done workouts like this.  It's what you expect from P90X but in a whole new format, synced with kickin' music and all the sweat you can handle!  The workouts are broken into 4 main blocks, Cardio X, Upper Strength, Lower Strength, and X Core - so you get the whole shabang!  These workouts are FUN and challenging and will have you trimming up and reaching your goals in no time.

Strength & Conditioning

To Your Stations!!  This fast paced, non-stop training will have you sweatin' buckets and wanting more.  Workouts are designed to strengthen your weak areas, burn the fat, and get your cardio conditioning up.  Work with a trainer each class to get great results, and we help you track those results each week to make sure you're moving toward your goals.
