Intro to XFit
Kickstart your fitness with a 30 day beginner level P90X workouts. Get full body training with cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises. We will ease you into a P90X lifestyle and take things at your speed and pace to make sure you've got the moves and improve weekly. This class meets 3X per week for 30 minute sessions. If you're a beginner and don't think you're ready for P90X and still want great results, then join this class and see what you're capable of!
Beginner to Athlete Level
Circuit Training / Fit Camp
Get full body training with cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises. Strengthen your muscles, improve your fitness, lose weight, and shed body fat with these sweat drenching workouts. Circuit training is a high-intensity interval training program that keeps you moving quickly from one exercise to the next with little or no rest between.

Athlete Level
XFit : MAX
Push yourself to the MAX. If you're looking for extreme, you've found it. Compound movements, interval training for a total body, heart pumping, intense workout. Workouts are often timed for personal improvement week to week.
These class sessions are scheduled 1x per week with the possibility of more depending on sign ups.

VERT Academy
AKA - "Jump Training." This is training for the athlete to improve speed and vertical leap - focusing on type II muscle development. These are intense 1 hour workouts twice per week with workouts given to do at home on off days. Gains of 4-6" in vertical leap are typical in 8 weeks.
